Incredible Deal!

It doesnt get much better than this! I was planning on buying these Limited Edition Red's for a while now to get a free Bluetooth Headset along with it. I actually use the Bluetooth headset more than my M50s. When im driving, at the gym or even cruising around. They fit so well. But back to the M50. For anyone who fancys themselves as an Audiophile or a real Audio guru, these are the headphones. They are the most balanced headphones ive heard. They are constantly compared to the AKGs or the Sennheisers that cost twice as much! If you've never heard them, you are missing out on an "All Time" great!

Awesome Deal!

I promised myself I would get the next limited edition M50 that I found (for a REASONABLE price). I sort of missed the boat when it came to the 50th Anniversary version edition. I thought that eventually they would come down in price, and I also thought they made more of them but apparently they only made around 10K for US Market (or so I read).

Unfortunately the only tools left selling them are asking like $300+. I hate it when people take limited things, buy them without any intent of using them, and then try and re-sell them for double what the manufacturer intended.

ANYWAYZ I was not going to miss out on these. I actually prefer the red & black over the blue ish color on the 50th anniversary. Price was the same just about everywhere I looked, but I certainly didnt see anyone else giving away a free pair of the Motorola SF-600's.

Thats a steal!

They originally retailed for over $100, so i figured if im going to spend the money on these, I might as well get a free pair of bluetooth headphones with them. By the way, they are the best bluetooth in-ear type of headphones Ive ever used. Im sort of a tough critic when it comes to sound quality (hence my love for the M50's) and ive never really gone after any bluetooth headphones because it just doesnt seem to meet my expectations. But these Motorola's are great. They are incredibly comfortable, its like wearing sunglasses. They dont wiggle, rub my skin raw, or feel awkward at all. They almost disappear when I have them on for more than a few minutes. The isolation is superb, so its just me and my music. Love them.

On to the big one, the ATH-M50 RED!

First off, if you consider yourself a music fan, audio guru, or audiophile, then you have to give them try. The ATH-M50 is by far the best product for the money. They are very neutral, and balanced. No overly exaggerated bass or treble, just natural frequencies that sound exactly as they were recorded. I had a pair of the ATH-M50s's a few years back, and I loved them. The only reason I stopped using them was the earpads started to deteriorate. I guess from the sweat, and the sodium inside of it, I dont know. Im no chemist. But the earpads were starting to crack and look sort of nasty, so I had set them aside until I would be able to get a pair of replacement pads. I moved about a month or so after and have still been unable to recover them. I imagine I will stumble on them sooner or later, but I have gone through every box I used at least once. Unless my GF tossed them, which would have some serious consequences, I have just labeled them as MIA.

But I was thoroughly impressed with the performance on them. I have yet to find a headphone that rivals them even within $100. I have tried some AKG's and Beyerdynamic's that could have a real good argument over which one is better (and Ive had that conversation many times) but it still boils down to just this. The ATH-M50's $159-$169. The AKG and Beyer's $299-$399. No Contest. That is always where the debate ends. The freakin headphone earpads fell apart, and the headphones still worked perfectly! That is quality build, and reliable as they come! To be safe, I WOULD always recommend buying the M50's from an Authorized Dealer, because after doing some research on trying to replace the earpads, there are a LOT of grey market retailers out there. Apparently Audio Technica is not like a (dare I even use this brand in the same sentence as AT....) Coby who will warranty anything even if you built and stamped their name on it HAHA.

A.T. said that Sonic was legit so I am a happy camper!

A++++ with a Free Bonus!
