Just received this amp today in the mail and let me tell you, this is a very high quality amp, very tight and made with very durable materials. This amp is nothing short of great! I installed it today to replace my Infinity Reference and this thing hits! I have them powered to my 2 Kenwood KFC-3012 12's and this combo raises the hair on the back on my neck! Only on 4 ohms! The install went great and ive been beating on it all day and not one glitch! Best bang for your buck in this price range hands down! SPL has really raised the bar with this amp and i believe that it'll be able to handle all my power needs even if i decide to go bigger.

Sometimes going cheap you get burned. Well I have owned this amp for about 4 years now and have had zero problems. I have had this amp on MTX trip 10" Thunder 5500 series subs for 3 years. Than down graded to a single Kicker CVR 12". Finally I have decided to upgrade back up to 2 12" Kicker L5's. With the current setup I'm running about 1,000 rms at .5 ohm load. This amp runs warm but only when your really pushing it. I mostly listen to metal, so being able to have a clear sound out of the bass guitar and kick drum is crucial. I have to say this amp does a great job of not only pushing whatever I hook it up to but I'm getting a nice clear signal. So if your on a limited budget I would suggest this amp. As far as other SPL products I would not. I have owned an SPL 2 farad capacitor that did not last more than 2 years. As well I have had their component 5 1/4 set in which the tweeters blew having about 25 rms pushing them on a 4 ohm load. Lastly their 6x9s had cone surround separation after about a year of use. To me SPL did a great job on this amp, but their other products are very risky.
