If you own this truck, you know how inexistent hidden cabin space is. I have this filled with 2 JBL 1004D subs, and there are no clearance issues. I think I would like a down firing box more, simply due to not wanting to have dust sitting/bouncing up and down on my subs, but the seats still pop up, so there's no problem cleaning them - if anything, it's easier than if it was firing down. Sonic Electronic's packaging is monstrous and the box arrived in tip top shape. Now I just need to figure out what to do with a truck load of packing peanuts. Neither the box nor the subs came with screws to mount the subs in. thought that was kind of odd, spending 200 bucks and not getting $1 worth of screws...
