The KDV-412 plays DVDs, CDs, MP3, and WMA files, has CD changer controls, and includes Kenwood's exclusive System Q equalizer with 5 factory presets (Rock, Pop/Top 40, Jazz, Easy, plus Flat). The KDV-412 is also iPod interface, satellite radio, and HD Radio ready for even more listening choices.
Dual zone audio control feeds the DVD program to your rear seat passengers while you listen to any other source throught the front speakers. The 14-segment FL (fluorescent) display shows you all the important operating functions, and is easy on the eyes with its 8-digit scrolling text readout.
The KDV-412 operations are simple with the rotary encoder knob and jog control button. Other features include detachable faceplate, loudness control, auxiliary input (adapter required and sold separately), one-touch mute function, and three sets of preamp outputs with System E's crossover for adding amplifiers.
A feature that separates the KDV-412 from other in-dash DVD players is you can switch the subwoofer output to fixed level for the addition of wireless headphones (sold separately).
