Bang for yo buck yo
Well I was impressed with this lower brand sub. However I would say it's more 500-600 watts rms. I slammed it around 800 for a while and it got nasty with the lows. You could here me coming from blocks away. Sounded amazing. But it blew after a while. And yes I was giving it hell, but I still believe a lower rms is needed. For what it is and for the price. Brilliant. I'd recommend. Just give it a lower power than rated and it will slam you.

I love the subs. It has been about 2 months and have not given up on me yet. I got two of them wired at 2 ohms pushing 1300 watts off a Hifonics BXI2010D. They hit really hard and picks up the lows beautiful, and thats in a cheap ported prefabricated box. Im sure it would sound way better in its recommended sized box. I would recommend the subs to anyone.

Recently I purchased 12 Soundtream R3.12's for a budget build. I looked this driver and the earthquake tremorX 12. Currently owning a pair of the earthquake 12's (purchased from sonic electronic), I was very satisfied with the service and performance of this entry level driver. The switch to the sound stream was a no brainer, the material, versatility, and similar specs lead to price vs performance. The R3's won out and upon an initial look at the subs, I found I got more than I had expected. The R3's are considerably more stout and have a larger sd and similar Xmax. The Bl was double that of the tremorX and better suited for the vented enclosure I am building. In all, and as always the purchase and delivery was great. Now I have to finish the build and will rate the performance.
