The Industry Standard in Sound, Performance, and Price
The KICKER CompVR has evolved into one of the hottest and most popular subwoofers on the market today. This is because it uses advanced KICKER technology to provide incredible sounding bass, while keeping the price affordable for everyone! The CVR's top-plate design, strong dual voice coils, and overall motor structure allow the sub to handle more power and withstand more abuse. The ribbed Santoprene surround adds strength and offers a new level of high excursion. The unique, and highly noticeable injection-molded cone completely eliminate flex by incorporating a 360-degree back bracing and aluminized coating. On the back there are spring-loaded push terminals to provide a fast and very secure install.
KICKER's CompVR subwoofer offers features beyond any other woofer in its class. It has consistently been the industry standard in sound, performance and price.

I have had the sub for 6 months now and am very pleased with it. I am running one 15" in a sealed 3/4" MDF 2ft^3 box (with polyfill) and it sounds great on the lows. Paired it with a JL 500.1 slash v1 amp. Be warned it WILL rattle your car/van/suv if it is stock with no dead mat etc. You really should take it easy on the first two weeks for break in time and after that it sounds perfect.

I would recommend these to anyone on a budget or to anyone that likes great sounding subs. I am running 4 of these off of a Power Acoustik Gothic 5500 (which is 2500 watts) @ a 2 ohm load and they sound really good. I am still breaking them in, but I am already getting windshield flex and my rear view mirror has become useless. I have them in a 91' Caprice Classic, so for me to get windshield flex without having free air space says a lot about these subs. Make sure not to overpower them and break them in properly. They work best @ 400 - 700 watts of true power. Mailed to me quickly and actually a few hours earlier from the time I was given.

How people talk about the cvrs and how they have no sound quality, I have 2 of these in the trunk of my 2001 grand marquis in a 10 cubic foot ported box and powered by a 2100 watt brutus and they SLAM. I mean get your mids and highs right and you won't have to worry if they sound sloppy its an spl woffer its made to be loud as no other and that's exactly what it is. I would recommend to anyone and thank you sonic electronics for the best prices anywhere
