I just bought 4 of these enclosures to hold Hifonics HFi 12D4 subs for my "SQ" DJ rig. I actually have the black carpeted version of these which are out of stock now, but they're the same exact model otherwise.
These are my 3rd set of sub boxes and are the absolute best! I've bought both a 12" oak veneered home box and a Goldwood 10" carpeted wedge elsewhere that were SUPPOSED to be 3/4", but were only that thick on the front baffle with all the other sides being flimsy 5/8" MDF.
These Sonic Sub boxes are TRULY 3/4" MDF all around and are a super value.
My ONLY complaints are that the terminal cups are on the sides and not the back where I wanted them, but that can be fixed easily, and that the terminal cups are bare wire/pin only.
I want 5 way binding posts so I can use banana plugs for faster set up & tear downs at gigs, but terminal cups are dirt cheap and I'm already planning on re-routing holes in the back anyways as well as on the top to mount recessed carry handles. For the price that I paid for these, those are MINOR complaints and these are designed for permanent installs in cars where "the back" is really "the bottom" and not DJ rigs anyways. That's why I took 1 point off on features.
I'm totally happy with both the products and with Sonic Electronix's speedy service sending me both my subs and these boxes with free shipping to boot. I can't wait to mount the subs now & break them in.
I'll shop here again in a minute if I ever need any more gear for the great service which is getting rare on the internet these days. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and Sonic Electronix is on my trusted store list now.

Excellent box for my 12" Kicker CVR. Hits hard, low, and loud in this box. Box comes sealed quite well from the factory.

This sonic enclosure is great for the price. Perfect for my 12" Fi Q subwoofer. It's very well constructed and uses 3/4 mdf. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for the a good sealed enclosure of this size.
