The product is everything it promises.Great set of features! It does not come with the siren's horn (costs about $15.00 more). I took it to a friend of mine who installs car alarms for a living and he installed it for $40.00 (including the siren's horn).
The problem is understanding the procedures for using it's features.
I am not new to technology; but the beepers five buttons and combinations for arming and disarming the system and siren are not easy to memorize. Sometimes it seems they do not work as supposed. For example my siren does not deactivate immediately after pressing the disarming button. The learning curve for using it is over 10 to 16 hours at least. I hope I do not loose my user's manual brfore I learn all the ins and outs. Other than that the product is great.
I have ordered everything from subs to alarms to ring terminals from sonicelectronix, if I had an issue they fixed it promptly and professionally. Everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Support is top notch, keep it up! I just ordered an alarm and it shipped an hour after purchase.
