Excellent
I have this Panasonic amp and let me just say it hits hard. I have had it about 3 months and it has not given me any problems at all. It powers my two MA Audio 12 inch subs at 200w RMS all day long. the only problem i have is that the amp tends to get a little toasty after playing for a little while but aside from that it has no problems whatsoever. the blue light is hella sick at night too

I have this amp pushing a set of Kenwood 12" Subs KFC-W3011 and they hit hard. I have it for about 2 years and it is still kicking. Wish I could find another one.

This thing is kickin HARD in my car. Hooked it up to a bandpass box with two 12" jensens (not the best subs), and this amp has powered them way beyond my expectations! it does get a little hot..but besides that the thing kicks hard! I have it bridge right now..and shoot...I mean all my change in my cup holder rattles OUT of the cup holder, and this is in a '00 Xterra haha GET IT!

No cons besides all of the blown speakers I have, and they are only blown because they were either cheap weaker ones,or I couldn't resist the urge for more power running through them and smoked them that way,but by far 1 of the best amps I've ever owned.
