these subs are awesome as long as you do not have your amp on a high of a frequency because you will ruin them in week or two. i have a kicker zx1000 amp and it is to big for these subs if i turn the bass and gain all the way up. i put my frequency on a bout 80 and my gain and bass about 2/3 of the way up and most people cant stand how much bass they produce. my ears usually hurt when i get out of my car and i got to go court because of them haha. i have ruined them before because i turn the bass, gain, and frequency all the way up. then i turn the volume up way to loud. they are really tough because they lasted along time w/1000 watts of power and tons of bass turned up and lasted along time.
