I've tried many different speakers to satisfy my wifes oh so heavy ear for quality base.She has a 10" subwoffer and your 5x7 MB Quarts speakers.To my surprise she is very content with her new speakers.I have to say these are very top quality speakers.I also put a pair in my car.I recommend you try for yourself. I have these hooked up to a Alpine IVA-D105 for now and they still sound awesome. I can't wait until I buy an amp for these. For the price, you cant go wrong.
