I bought this because of RF's reputation for outstanding amps and I am more than satisfied with this product. Birth sheet says 691 at 1ohm at 20Hz. This amp is not only powerful, it looks amazing also, even if it was trash I'd keep it to show off. RF did it right with this series. I look forward to owning more of their products.

This amp is just what i needed to pound on a FR P-3 DVC 12" sub in a sound ordance sealed box. A reinforced box is a must with over 500w rms on one sub. The birth sheet said 535w @ 2ohms. I had to order custom 12gage speaker wire somewhere else. Walmart didn't have anything close to the wire this setup needed. With the gain set halfway up and the remote RF base knob($24)... TONS of power and fun in the Prelude. This setup sounds like most guys I know who are running TWO 12"s. Thanks Sonic!

I coupled this amp with a Fosgate 15" DVC Sub. I am running it at 8 ohms and it is plenty loud and clear. I do recommended this amp, but purchase some kind of external sub control. A lot of the time it is too loud for normal listening, so I bought a Fosgate Sub Control. My only problem with this amp is that it is no longer made in the USA (as of the first of the year). That was the reason I went with all Fosgate equipment. All and all it sounds and works great, I just like supporting the USA.
