Whoa...
I recommend highly this product.
WHY???
1: It is 1 ohm stable ( you can run a total of 4-4 ohm loads wired in parallel. ie. *two DVC subwoofers where as each voice coil rated at 4 ohms, resulting in a 1 ohm load*),
2: The power it puts out is really close/spot on to what the manufacture claims.
3: Its sizes lets you install it in more creative and smaller spaces,
4: Bass boost remote!!!
5: Good signal to noise ratio for a monoblock at this price!
6: THE PRICE!!!
Now for my install. \
The amp is on Kicker 8 gauge power and ground wires and powering two eight inch dvc (each voice coil is rated at 4 ohms) kicker subwoofers wired down to 1ohm. The subs are rated at 200 watts RMS each, so it is a perfect match. This amplifier easily pushes them to their limits and barely gets warm. Now these subs I have owned for over a month and were already broken in upon the use of this amp so I just swapped amps and juiced it up. I just purchased this amplifier so I cannot comment on its durability so I will automatically rate that part a 5.
BTW... The speakers outputs are still large enough to accommodate two sets of good sized speaker wire.
HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL

I picked out this amp for my friend. Pushing 2 older 12" JL subs at 300watts RMS @ 2 ohms, and it really surprised me. This amp is worth every penny, And its even stable down to 1 OHM!!! He has had it for about a month and had NO problems what so ever.

I purchased this amp a couple years ago and it is very clean. It puts out pretty decent power especially at 1 ohm and it's still stable! I have pushed it pretty hard and have never heard any clipping nor has it ever gone into protect mode. I had someone offer me almost double what I paid for this amp new and I refused to sell it.

I am using this amp to run a 12" subwoofer. I am very pleased with the features this amp has such as a vaiable subsonic filter and low pass 24 dB crossover. It's also stable to 1 Ohm. Another great MB Quart product. I would recommend this amp.

I bought this amp to match my MB Quart RLP 254 10" subs and I can say I am very satisfied with how they push my 10's. I have them wired at 1ohm (where else are you going to get a quality 1ohm stable amp at this price?) and have ran them for hours with no problems. I love the remote bass knob and the fact the power ratings complimented my 10's perfectly without overpowering them.

Hits very hard at 1 ohm wired to a 12-inch Pioneer TS-W308D2 in a sealed Scosche box. Running the sensitivity level at 50%. Flexes the windshield out when the kick drum hits. I am returning or selling this amp, though, because the crossover (non-by-passable) has a high setting of 120 Hz, which is too low for my tastes (Rock, instrumental jazz-rock fusion, some of everything). Doesn't reach high enough for tom toms and upper bass guitar due to the low crossover point, though metal or modern rock really pounds hard with my setup. I'm running this amp off of a speaker-to-line level converter (Metra brand from car parts store) spliced to the rear deck speaker leads in my 04 Taurus. Factory system/speakers.
