After hooking up the Pioneer ND-BC20PA (at night), with anticipation I put the car in reverse, and to my shock, the picture was extremely pixelated, so much so, that it maks seeing anything almost impossible at night. Since it was late, I went to bed thinking perhaps I had done something wrong and I'd look at it in the morning. In the morning, after testing the video quality, I will say it was better in the daytime. However, for the price of this unit, I was definitely expecting more. At one point, the thought occurred to me that I may have a bad ground. So disconnected it from the PAC C2R-CHY4 used for connecting a Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT head unit in a Chrysler 300c. Still no improvement. Next I tried connecting the power to another source, again bypassing the PAC C2R-CHY4. Still no improvement. Finally, I attempted to use one of the other RCA video inputs in the back of the stereo. Didn't really make a difference either. It's possible that the Chrysler's CAN-BUS system is causing some sort of interference. Or perhaps I was expecting too much from a camera. Bottom line, for me, this camera is not worth the extra money.
