Our Commitment
KICKER will provide an additional one-year extended warranty when you purchase a qualifying KICKER installation kit at the time of your KICKER amplifier purchase.

Why?
KICKER wants you to get all of the performance and reliability that you've come to expect from our best-in-class amplifiers. Using poor-quality or under-spec wiring kits is a guarantee to get less-than-you-paid-for performance from your car audio system. We are so certain that wiring your system with the right wire and cables will make such a significant difference that we will give you an additional one (1) year warranty on your KICKER amplifier when you use one of our qualifying amplifier installation kits purchased at the same time as your amplifier. One (1) warranty extension per amplifier is allowed regardless of the number of amplifier installation kits purchased.

KICKER Amplifier Warranty
KICKER warrants products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of original purchase when purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, KICKER will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.

Under the NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM, when the amplifier is purchased and installed with a qualifying KICKER amplifier installation kit, the warranty will be extended to THREE (3) years. This program does not apply to ZXM-Series Marine Amplifiers, "B" stock product, or factory-refurbished product.

Who is Covered
The NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY applies only to KICKER products sold to consumers by Authorized KICKER Dealers in the United States of America or its possessions. This NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY only applies to the original purchaser of KICKER product when purchased by consumers from an Authorized KICKER Dealer in the United States of America or one of its possessions. Product purchased in another country is covered only by that country's Distributor and not by Stillwater Designs and Audio Inc.

How it Works
Go to warranty registration. You will need your sales receipt and amplifier serial number in order to complete the registration form. Fill out the form and your registration is complete. If you have any problems registering on-line, contact KICKER Customer Service at 1-800-256-0808 (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST) and someone will help through the registration process. It is not Mandatory to register at kicker.com, but you must present your receipt for warranty work.

In order to receive warranty service, the purchaser must provide KICKER with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at KICKER's discretion.

What is Not Covered

  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operations, water, theft
  2. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product
  3. Service performed by anyone other than KICKER Authorized Dealer
  4. Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed
  5. Subsequent damage to other components
  6. Any product purchased outside the United States.
  7. Any product not purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer

Limit on Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to assume for KICKER any other liability in connection with the sale of the product.

How to Obtain Service Under the Extended Warranty Program
The amplifier must be returned by the customer or an authorized KICKER Dealer along with a copy of the original sales receipt for the amplifier and installation kit. Either contact an Authorized KICKER Dealer for assistance or call 1-800-256-0808 for KICKER Customer Service. You must obtain an RA Number (Return Authorization Number) to return any product to KICKER. You are responsible for the cost associated with shipping the product to KICKER.
