its a good starter amp. it has power but when it starts it makes a loud buzzing sound for about 45 seconds then it quiets down. I think its just the capacitor in it charging. no worries. it also is a mono amp but it has two channels it is purely for speaker configuration.i have it hooked up to an old Fosgate Punch P2 12" in a vented box. sounds good at high levels not high on the db meter though.all in all "decent"
