Review written by Andre from Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago I expected nothing less from MTX; the sub hits all the lows, hits hard, the only problem is when it gets hot you have to let it cool it off... Trust me, I need to get the MTX 9500 now.

Review written by lance from Avoca, MN If you want the hardest hitting, tightest, breath-taking bass avalaible here you go. Its all in the sensitivity rating. These have the highest I have found for years! 95.25db according to MTX. Thats high nowdays! I have two of these subs in a custom ported box powere by two MTX thunder 502 amps bridged @ 2ohms. Wow they hit! Only problem is overheating. These are a rather small set of subs but if you only want to crank it up for one or two songs but you want hard hitting bass this is your only option.

Review written by Daniel from Danville, CA I bought this subwoofer for my ex-girlfriend as birthday present. I proceded to install this with a lighting audio amp. I dropped the mtx in a small sealed truck enclosure stuffed with polyfill to trick the subwoofer into thinking it was a larger box. Sound quality was a bit muddy but it surprizingly got quite loud. Louder than I expected! Would be a good buy as a entry level sub.
