I got this sub about a week ago and it is the best sub I have had so far. I am running it at 2 Ohms with a 2000 Watt mono block boss amp and it makes my car rattle like no other. My ears hurt if I push it passed half potential. Seriously. I used to have a JBL sub. It is nothing compared to this.

I have 2 in a sealed box running off a ps1 1800 at 4 ohms. They share the 760 watts rms I am putting to them. When I first hooked them up I switched the polarity at one of the voice coils and it bumped and still works fine after correcting it. i have not even turned the volume 3/4 of the way cause I don't need to. But I did alter my box so the wide baskets could fit in so I had to give these subs one 4. seriously good subs!

i bought 2 of these subs and put them in a Chrysler 300, for the most part after they broke in i thought they sounded alright, but i think i needed a bigger amp cause it wasn't hittin' as i expected it to...

FIRST OF ALL DONT LISTEN THESE OTHER LOSERS ABOUT THIS SUBWOOFER HAVING DIFFICULTIES. I AM IN THE AUDIO SCENE AND I PERSONALLY BOUGHT TWO 12" FUBAR W-12 AND I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM ITS JUST THESE YOUNG TEENS HOOK SOMETHING UP WRONG SO THEY DONT LAST. I HAVE MINE HOOKED UP TO A 4000W LANZAR AMP AT 4 OHMS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD IS THAT I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE MY BACK WINDOW WITH PLEXI-GLASS. THATS IT. THESE HAVE HIT THE LOWEST BASS IVE THROWN AT THEM AND HIGHS ALSO. I WOULD DEFF RAISE THE PRICE CAUSE THIS IS A STEAL. IF YOU DONT BUY THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. JUST DONT LISTEN TO THESE OTHER GUYS THEY HAVE NO CLUE!!! BEST EVER W/OUT A DOUBT.

I have this sub hooked up to a mtx amp that puts out 600rms and in a 2.2 cubic ft. ported enclosure and it hits low notes with no distortion at all. and the SQ of this sub is very good.

I BOUGHT 2 OF THESE SUBS FOR MY 86 MONTE THE SHIPPIN WAS VERY FAST N EASY BY THE WAY. BUT THERE WAY BETTER THAN I THOUGHT I HOOKED UP ONE WITH WITH A POWER ACOUSTIC SPHERE AMP AT ABOUT 500 WATTS RMS N IT WAS LOUDER THAN MY 2 12IN ECLIPSE`S IT WAS POUNDIN THATS ONLY ONE SUB AT NOT EVEN ITS FULL POWER. N IT WAS ONLY ON AN 8 GAUGE WIRE N IT NEEDS A 4 GAUGE. BELIEVE ME THE GAUGE SIZE MAKES A DIFFERENSE U WILL NEED A COPASITER DEPENDING ON HOW LOUD UR GUNNA HEAR UR SUBS. ALL IN ALL THE GREATEST SUB N PRICE IVE EVER HAD. (GET SOME)

I was new to the sound world, but wanted something that would hit hard, and keep my wallet full. That is exactly what I got. After having a custom made sealed box with two of these subwoofers, powered by a Power Acoustik Plasma Sphere TS-1920-2 amp, it pounds!!! my rear view mirror is constantly shaking and people are always turning their heads. If you want the "wow" effect at little cost, these subs are the way to go.

I wasn't sure about choosing power acoustik, they are very under rated, I've got 2 fubar 12w in a 4 cu. ft ported box, powered by a power acoustik ps1-2000d . The bass is clear, clean, and loud. They are very great for the price they're set at. Very great subs!!

These subs are definatly not worth the low price. There worth WAY more! They hit hard and leave you breathless, and with hearing problems. i have 2 in a bandpass Box and i will never get anything else.

Great power handling, great sound, hit very hard. especially when you have two. each one hooked up to an individual power acoustik lt-980/2 amp. 2 subs + 2 amps + KING KONG IN YOUR TRUNK!!!
