Shipping Policy


Sonic Electronix is proud to offer fast shipping at affordable prices. Most orders shipped within the 48 USA will ship for free and arrive within a few days. Expedited shipping methods are available and are displayed after you enter shipping information at checkout -- before you enter payment information. The rates are based on the package weight, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Sonic Electronix ships orders from our Louisville, Kentucky location. On occasion, orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in order to reduce the shipping time. Shipping times are listed on the product page and shopping cart page.

Canadian Customers: We offer all-inclusive shipping to our Canadian customers.

Shipments to Canada primarily are provided by FedEx. We offer Non-Resident Importer (NRI) services to Canada which allow you to have your brokerage fee, duties and taxes paid for up front at the time you place your order. This saves you up to 35-40%. To view the shipping amount for a product, simply add it to your shopping cart and begin checkout. You will see the rate before you enter your payment details. Heavy orders that weigh over 150 pounds will be delivered via FedEx Freight®

International Customers: We ship to most countries around the world.

We ship to all countries, except the following: Afghanistan, Armenia, Bolivia, Cuba, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Thailand, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen and many others in Africa or South America that have been flagged for prolific fraud. The shipping fee for your order is based on its weight and destination, as well as the shipping method selected. Please enter checkout and add your shipping information at step 1 to receive a shipping estimate. Brokerage fees, duties and any other applicable taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are based on rates provided by your country and the shipping courier. Sonic Electronix cannot control or quote you on these taxes, fees or charges. Please contact your local government for more details. Shipments over 150 pounds will be delivered via Freight®

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at support@sonicelectronix.com or call us at 1-502-200-8010

Order Processing

Each order placed on Sonic Electronix goes through our processing department before it can be shipped. If 3 business days have passed since you submitted payment and you have not received an email with tracking information, please log in to your account to track your orders and/or contact us immediately via email or phone. Customers who do not receive a tracking number within 3 days will receive an order status update via email.

Shipping to Alternate Address

Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional processing time due to verification measures. The additional verification and processing time is in an effort to protect our customers from online fraud.

Shipping Change Fees (Address Intercept)

If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package leaves the Sonic Electronix warehouse, it is subject to an Address Intercept Fee imposed by the shipping carrier. The amount of the fee varies according to the shipping carrier and the destination of the package. Sonic Electronix will do its best to work with the shipping carriers to make these changes so that your package arrives at the correct address. Please be aware that not all shipping carriers will accept address intercept changes. This policy is in accordance with the security measures and agreements made with our third-party shipping companies.

IMPORTANT: Some payment methods will NOT allow us to re-route shipments. Therefore, we are limited to package interceptions due to buyer protection programs in place. Some of these payment methods include, but are not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Acima, Paypal, and BitPay.

Signature Required

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, Sonic Electronix may require a signature upon delivery. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft. Customers may request a signature upon delivery by calling Sonic Electronix Customer Service at 1-502-200-8010.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Delivery estimates do not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, nor out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.

Standard delivery time for domestic customers will average from 2-4 business days but can take longer in some cases. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of God (e.g. weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also voided if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination. Our guarantee is also void if no one is available to sign for shipment when a delivery attempt is made if a signature is required. Additionally, our guarantee only applies to the shipment arriving to the location specified on the order, it does not apply to cases of porch piracy. 

It is against our shipping policy for our orders to be delivered to freight forwarding facilities. If your order is approved and sent to one of these facilities, Sonic Electronix and our Shipping Partners (FedEx and USPS) are not liable for the delivery of your order. If you are an international customer, please use a physical address, and we will provide a quote for the shipping, taxes, and/or duties at checkout.

Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:

  • Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.
