I ordered a 10" sub and later found that my amp wouldn't run it. I contacted customer service and they sent me a RMA number. I re-ordered another 10" sub and was told my RMA'd merchandise would be "credited" to my account. That happened a year and a half ago and with my "credit", I ordered an 8" sub about a month ago. I Purchased the LG LH90 HDTV online from Sonic Electronix.com. At the time I made the order, the TV was not in stocked and was on back order. About 5 weeks ago I ordered a xdvd 9109 from sonic electronics for my new car and was impressed with the price of the product. I expected to get the product in about a week from when I bought it but was unaware that it was on backorder. I called Sonic Electronics several times to check on my order status only to be disappointed by news that my order had not been shipped. I began to worry that I would never recieve my order after calling 5 or 6 times and repeatedly being told that my order had been delayed by some complication and that It would be shipped shortly. I understand that there can be complications so ive been patient but today I called only to be told again that my order had been delayed! Now I know at this point your thinking I'm not happy with this company's service and up until today I wasn't, until I talked to a man named Brendon from costumer service. After I explained to him how the situation was becoming a bit more than frustrating he kindly asked me to hold for a moment and see if there was anything he could do to help me out since my order had been delayed for so long. He shortly came back to the phone and explained that he was going to give me free shipping since my order was so delayed. He also suggested kindly that he could send me a different product the next day that was not only more equiped than my original product but also less expensive. Brendon also seemed to understand my frustration and seemed eager to make sure I was happy. If he hadn't been so helpful I'm not sure I would by from this store again. My advice for anyone frustrated with their order would be to call customer service and ask for Brendon.
