I bought a system from Sonic and was having an issue with the rear speakers not working. I got Andrew W on the phone and he was instrumental in helping me access the problem. I also had an issue with the head unit and he got me in touch with Kenwood and all got solved very quickly. I especially admire his patience and attitude to someone who is a novice at this sort of thing. Very friendly and helpful! He also made a reccomendation for speakers when I found out one of my OEM speakers was blown. Keep up the good service I will be back for more goodies for my other vehicles soon! Thanks!

Initially I was very upset with Sonic Electronix because an item of mine was back ordered for some time. Later I was shown, by a Sonic Electronix associate, that the vendor was back ordered so there was nothing we could do. I was still a bit upset because it was going to take a bit of time for me to get my product.

After expressing my feelings to SE it seemed like there was an army of people trying to make sure I was satisfied. A supervisor named Cameron would call me every other day offering different solutions to the problem such as an upgrade etc. I have never been in a situation like this where I am upset with a company but have my mind changed by their customer service.
