Being completely new to the stereo and sound world. The long list of various products out there can be a little intimidating to a newbie. So i gave a call to Jacob M, he guided me through every nut and bolt that i needed to get my car sounding awesome. In this day and age where there is a car audio specialist store in every corner, its important to stay one step ahead of the game. Personally i think good product and prices is absolutely crucial but customer service is always paramount and sonic electronix never seems to fail.

First off let me say I am a person that haven't called in an order or call tech support since the late 90's. I am one that always research (Google) any info I need. I just sold my Prelude and bought a TC RS8.0 and after about 3-4 weeks decided to add a sub, since 15 years old this has been the first car I've owned with out a system. With that being said I decided to go with something light to add little more bass and take up a small amount of space , the only problem was the nvx bass package I selected came with a truck style box, I noticed that they had another option for a square style box, I rolled the dice and called the 1-800 number and got John ext 2499. John was the most patient, courteous and helpful person I've dealt with in many years. John went as far as reconfiguring the package the exact way I wanted it, he took as much time as I need to get my package the way I needed, I even got a lower price on my total set up than what it was online. John at ext 2499 deserves a raise and promotion. Thanks again John for the great customer service!!!

I purchased a head unit and it took a couple days to process, and then come to see that the head unit didn't come with a wiring harness or an in-dash kit I called them up and they were able to help me out with the in- dash kit. Both items were shipped from Kentucky and arrived really fast! I was really impressed with the customer service and support both online and over the phone. This operation is run like a small business, caring about the low volume as well as the high volume customer. Sonic Electronix is an awesome company to purchase from. I purchased a Jam plus wireless speaker that I did not use for 6 months. When I did try to use it, it didn't work. I called the company and they agreed to replace it even though it was past the return for money or exchange date. All I had to pay additionally was 5.00 for shipping. I ordered from Sonic in the past and had above and beyond customer support for what I purchased. I was having issues with a steering wheel control adapter and I have up before the guys at Sonic did. Honestly I just omitted the adapter and left it to collect dust in my glovebox, but that was after multiple emails and a few phone calls from Sonic checking to see if I ever resolved the problem. I quit, they didn't. These guys ARE customer service. I just placed an order a few days ago and received it yesterday. Today they called to make sure everything was fine. Impressed to say the least. Thanks for doing what many others won't do after they get your money. I will definitely order again. Their reasonable prices and fast shipping are only the beginning of a good buying experience.

I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the best place to buy audio equipment if they have what you are looking for here! They have awesome prices and in my order they even had a deal for free shipping. Cant beat the customer service either. They are on the mark. I recently moved and and changed a lot of my information. Sonic's employees realized the address was wrong and they tried to contact me but couldn't because I had entered the old email address.
