Excellent Customer Service!

A network snafu caused my package to be sent to an old and now non-existent address. I called SE customer service and Jasmyne R answered right away (essentially no wait time, and this was post-Black Friday time frame). I explained my problem in one sentence and without another word, she went into action, explored different solutions, picked the best one, followed up with email and my package was delivered the next day. This attention to detail is a rarity these days. Thank you Jasmyne!

Hey there! i just wanted to say how impressed i am with Sonic Electronix. I ordered a sub in a prefab box that came and it had a manufacture defect. Being a first time customer i was really worried how it would be handled etc. I called in and worked with Jasmine. All i have to say is that it was the best customer service experience i think i've ever had. I work in the hard goods industry and realize the impact customer service has and Jasmine was by far one of the best i've ever dealt with. She made me feel happy, and of value as a customer etc. You guys gained a customer for life and are very lucky to have such great people working for you! I will be a repeat customer for ever. I'm glad to give you my business!!!

I had a bit of a confusing ordering process which was entirely my fault from the start but when I called customer service for help, I never expected to get the kind of help I got from Jasmin. She immediately identified the problem and went out of her way to dig deeper and address another issue. She got everything resolved quickly and was an absolute joy to deal with. I've been buying audio equipment from sonic for years and Jasmin and everyone else at sonic are why I have kept coming back and will continue to do so. Thanks Jamin, you're the AWESOMEST!

I had a question with billing and the rep Derricka I talked to was so wonderful, she answered every question I had and treated me like family instead of just a customer. My experience was so wonderful I'm looking forward to ordering more products from here. I've ordered lots of things from other places but none of them had good customer service untill I talked to Derricka she was such a pleasure to talk to and reassured me on the questions I had. Sometimes products can be good but the customer service lacks and makes a company not that great but the product I received and the service Derricka did surely makes this company number 1 in my book Thankyou for making my experience awesome. Keep up the awesome work Sonic Electonix!
