In the past month i have purchased a few items from sonicelectronix. once by internet and the rest by phone and let me tell you these guys are friendly and helpful. Also answered any questions that i had. Prompt service and fast shipping which is great for me. Nice to see that sonicelectronix takes pride in their customer service. My gosh- I have never been so happy with an internet purchase as I have with my purchase with your company. Actually, you were a little too efficient as the next morning I found a better amp match for the subwoofer, but you had already boxed up the shipment and had it on the truck! But that was my fault for not looking further. So I contacted your customer service, and ordered the correct amp - a painless experience.

As these items are for my son's 18th birthday and he will open them this weekend, I'm sure he will enjoy what we have provided him.

Not only that, but your website is extremely well built and fast (even on our firewall-laden network at work), you offer a bunch of product, and your customer service rep, Richard, went out of his way to take care of my orders. I was particularly impressed with the fact that he made a note to generate my RMA the next day for the amp I ordered incorrectly, and lo and behold- he did and I had the message today that made that whole process easy! It's ready to ship back as I bought the return label from the website-wow- what a great process!

What can i say, sonic electronix is by far my go to site for all of my car audio. I just recently purchased my kicker zx300.1 amp and love it. All though i did have a problem with UPS the people in customer service contacted them and then called me back within 10 minutes. The problem was with UPS and in no way sonic electronix's fault. Most sites like this that offer amazing deals and low prices on name brand electronics are simply too good to be true. Sonic Electronix is not one of those sites. I have ordered tons of subwoofers, amplifiers and everything I need to install them from here and it all simple works and saves me at least half of what I would be forced to pay at any local shop. Bottom line, buy from here - you wont regret it.
