I ordered an Alpine CDA-105 on Wednesday August 19th and paid via PayPal. I called Sonic to confirm that I would get the accessories needed to install the headunit, and sure enough they told me I would. Got a tracking number the same day and received the headunit and accessories on the 24th. Great turn around and communication from Sonic Electronix, the install equipment was Scosche and was excellent quality. I will be ordering speakers soon from Sonic Electornix, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I ordered and installed the Kenwood DNX6140 into my VW Passat. I placed my order on a Monday and had it in my hands on the opposite coast on Friday. Great service and great price. It was a pleasure working with Sonic Elextronix. I wasn't aware that if your shipping address isn't the same as your billing address that shipping address must be noted with your credit card company. Sonic still took my order, made a note that when I call back all I need to do then was to take my credit card info. I was very pleased with the product i purchased, but that wasnt what surprised me. What surprised me was how well sonic takes care of there customers. There was never a point in the ordering or shiping process that left me with questions or concerns i knew when an where everything was happening. They sell great products at a great price and keep you well informed with email and accurate tracking information. And on top of all that they gave me free installation accessories. A free wiring harness and dash kit. Even on the cheap end both of those retail for 30 bucks. So they saved me more money. You cant go wrong with alpine decks and now u cant go wrong with sonic electronix!

I just want to thank Sonic Electronix for helping me out with the purchase of my door speakers for my 2002 WRX wagon. i was ordering the same speakers from another website that had horrible customer service, not only did they tell me the wrong size for my car. after i ordered it they took my money and THEN told me the speakers were on back order for at least 4 weeks. Sonic Electronix really straightened things out for me. they had fast shipping, great customer service, amazing prices. they were also very thorough with updated emails, i think i got a total of 6 emails from them.
