I went to several car stereo installers the first bid for a 1000 dollars no sub or amp,went to a well known installer and there best sound system,they wanted $2700 dollars no amp or sub woofer, so i found sonic electronix and gave them a call i asked the nice young man that i needed a good sound system and gave him the quotes from the other's and i said you have a great selection i didn't know where to start,other than the make and model of my car. So i begin to ask did you buy your car stereo system where you worked, he said yes, and how long he was with sonic electronix, So i said i want you to shop for me like your buying for your self, and at the same time think about saving money,so i waited about 15 minutes and he gave me the list and price,was $536.00 that ALONE blew me away. then when i got my stuff 2 days later i started crying it was way more than i expected and if i were to purchase same system at store i would have been well over 1500. Thank you Sonic your the greatest. you get a 10 on satisfied, shipping, quality, YOU ARE TOTALY AWESOME

I had a problem tracking my order through my account due to the fact I used guest checkout when I had an account. I emailed the support email with my problem and within an hour I had recieved confirmation that my problem was solved and I could trace my package easily. Sonic electronix was very very helpful and I am very pleased with their customer service.

Top notch. If and whenever I have an issue these guys are on it and I get results with the hour. During an install I needed terminals fast and ordered them from some shop in jamaica queens and it took them 6 days to deliver my stuff. After the second day I ordered the same stuff from sonic and I got it a day and a half and the other order showed up two days after that.

I believe I had a few different salesmen that helped me, but it was definitely a great experience. I had a lot of questions and they were answered almost immediately. I was looking at two different brands of subs and Sonic carries only one of them, the NVX VSW's. I sent 2 emails to the other brand (Sundown) and never got a reply from them, so i spent the money at Sonic. Thank you. I can't wait to get the subs and put them in!

I needed speakers that would fit inside of old drive-in theator housings that would compliment the new radio that I installed in my 1974 VW Hippie bus. I ordered a head unit through eBay from Sonic and I immediately received an email stating the item was on back order. I was also given a direct phone number to call to see if I wanted to get another item similar that was in stock. I opted to take the item in stock and not only did they give me a better price for a newer product, but it was shipped right away. I received my head unit within a couple days. Being completely new to the stereo and sound world. The long list of various products out there can be a little intimidating to a newbie. So i gave a call to Jacob M, he guided me through every nut and bolt that i needed to get my car sounding awesome. In this day and age where there is a car audio specialist store in every corner, its important to stay one step ahead of the game. Personally i think good product and prices is absolutely crucial but customer service is always paramount and sonic electronix never seems to fail.
