Cory was awesome and got me all the right items for a difficult installation. He even called the installers/shop to verify we were getting the right items ordered. Great personality on top of that. Everything customer service should be!!

I went to sonic for black friday and saved almost half off on 2 amplifiers and wiring. Cory the sales representative made sure that I got the best deals possible. He also made sure I knew what I was buying and that everything went together properly with the system I was buying. I will definitely tell my friends where I bought my system and who to talk to. 1,600 watts rms inside my dodge ram is going to sound great and people are going to be asking where to get the deals at. I have been a customer of Sonic Electronix for several years.
A few days ago I was reminded of why I continue to be a returning customer.
I was looking at a few items, and price comparing, and decided to give myself a couple days to make a final decision.
Then I received an email from Travis, in Direct sales, letting me know that if I had any questions, or needed info, to just contact him, and he would be happy to help. He even offered to see if he could bring the price down any lower.
I noticed the email on a Sunday, and replied back after noon, to take him up on the offer of trying to bring the price down.
I was very surprised to receive a response back, soon after, the same day, stating the new, lower price he was able to get me.
Needless to say, I placed my order the next day, and had my order a few days later.

and To... ALL, at Sonic Electronix for the Great Products, Great Pricing, + Excellent Customer Service, that they have provided to me throughout all the years.

He was as professional as he was understanding. I am one happy (relatively new) customer. I only buy from sonic and only will buy from sonic.
