These guys are the best! I've had such an amazing experience with Sonicelectronix that I stopped buying from their #1 competitor and exclusively buy from here now. I just called customer service to inquire about an old return I made back in Nov 2012 (it's Feb 2014 now). I would have assumed that they would have dropped me off their records for lack of activity. Not only did they not do that, the agent knew who I was by my phone number...had my account called up and told me how to re-access the account online. He helped me make a purchase using the refund I had and had my order shipped. This happened in less than ten mins!

On the three occasions I have done business with Sonic, they have treated me with great service and super prices!!

I ordered some parts for a friends car, just a pair of speakers and some installation parts. I had never ordered from SonicElectronix before, but I did for this purchase because it was the best price we could find. Everything came fast and well packaged, although I only received one of the packs of zip ties when I should have gotten more. But that isn't anything a quick email to customer service didn't fix. Ordered f/r speakers for my Integra and after they shipped and prior to receipt, through some mixup, I found out the shipped rear speakers were the wrong size. Contacted Sonic and they shipped me the correct rear speakers next day delivery without charge. Also received a UPS return label to send back the incorrect rear speakers. Received both packages the next day, drop in installation for all 4 speakers and they sound great. My first experience with Sonic and I find they have excellent selection, pricing, items safely packaged, and above all....superb customer service. Will shop again and recommend them.

Wes McDonald sales support was absolutely phenomenal.

In short, we talked on the phone four separate times over two days with about 4+ hours of talk time with the last 1.5 call being 1.5 hours AFTER he suppose to go home on his Friday...

Expanded, I'm a huge car audio guy like I'm sure most of us are. well this is the first time i was able to build a system from front to back. Buying everything at once was difficult because its easy to miss things here and there so i sent a copy of my cart contents to the sales department just to insure everything was on track, good, quality, matches, etc.
The next day (i sent the email late the night before) i got a call from Wes and he was like "hey i got your email lets talk about it" i personally was blown away because i was expecting some sort of short email back saying "everything looks fine" and being no help... haha.

So we got to talking and i had just gotten to work so i asked to call back the next day. then i got a call the next day and talked for a while, i had to get some stuff done before work and he had to take his mandatory break. so i asked him to call me back in a hour. well i lost track of time and looked at the clock and i knew his shift ended at 3:30 and it was about 3:20 so i gave him a call and the line was busy. being super excited and very impatient i called back hoping to finish up with another sales person. well the other guy had said Wes' name out loud as he was walking out the door. He heard his name, turned around and signed back in to his computer and talked another 1.5 HOURS. wow i was shocked! but wait... maybe he was just trying to make an extra sale, although, i work in a place where my co-workers leave early all day long and make no effort to stay later nor make more money. so i felt its more than just a sale to him, like he actually cares! phenomenal!

so the actual conversation was all business. went down into the details of this brand and that brand and they used to be good this and they are bad that. etc. car audio talk. overall getting me to changed to almost all of his recommendations (but i researched each one before making the final purchase)

Overall, Wes is awesome. Give him a raise/promotion. He makes customers for life.

I purchased a pioneer head unit and all the necessary harnesses and installation parts for my vehicle. Everything fit and worked as promised and the price was significantly cheaper than other top name electronic vendors. And to top it off, shipping was free and fast! I purchased the Pioneer AVIC X850BT,Axxess GMOS-08, Axxess ASWC-1, Scosche GM1599B and Scosche MDA1B for installation in a 2005 Chevy Equinox. I had an issue with the existing remote start system after the install. Anthony Beck with Sonic's tech department was able to help me resolve my issue within a couple of calls and emails.

Ended up finding a kicker 4 gauge amp kit from Sonic Electronix. It was marked as 50% off, figured marketing hype. It wasn't hype at all, shopping around the kit I wanted was $110+ on other sites. I picked it up here for $75 ($74.99 all said and done with free 2 day shipping). Said it would show up in 2 days and it showed up in 2 day. Very pleased with my first purchase, plan on making another here soon.

Even though there was address and order entry issues, it was all good. After delivery, which was 2 days earlier than scheduled, the sound of the Teac Micro System was very good. Even my girlfriend said that it sounded great. The sub and the speakers were engineered for top performance together with the head end unit. Power is more than adequate for a LA apartment (small). I intend to buy another for backup/gifting shortly if in stock. My expectations have been exceeded by a large margin. This order keeps it real and keeps it good. Unlike life, it keeps it really good.
