Good until it stopped working..
Bought this about a year and a half ago. It's simple, but worked well until it started having problems. It will no longer read any CD's or USB drives and just displays error code E3. I've never had a unit crap out this early. Obviously, not very happy with it now.

Great Factory Replacement for my 2003 Ford Expedition.
This stereo/MP3 player is an great and easy to install replacement for the factory head unit. Excellent price from Sonic - and by using the wiring harness (don't even try without it!) and the install kit, it was a breeze to install.
The new unit keeps the factory install look and sounds great!
Neat features and great sound!

Stereo is awesome. Love the features but did not fit as smooth in my ford ranger 2002. Had to do some trimming to my dash for fitment. Not always a good idea.

Excellent sound and easy installation. I would recommend this unit for all that need a double din.

I love the USB feature, and the extras like the cables and faceplate included. For the price this is a great deal. I put it into my 2002 civic and its a big improvement. This is not the top of the line model but suits my needs just fine.

Good low end replacement. The double din looks good installed but the trim ring didn't exactly fit right. You have to whittle it down with a knife to get it to fit. The sound is acceptable but not much power. But then it was pretty cheap too so I guess I am satisfied overall.

I purchased this to replace a factory unit in a 2007 XTerra. I paid an extra $10 for an antenna adapter which was not needed.
It does everything I want - MP3 playback, USB/AUX (Go USB!!!) input, matches the stock interior and is very plain.
I wanted a unit that would fit my requirements, not cost a lot and not stand out as a target for theft.
The power is excellent, it drives the stock speakers quite nicely. The weather band radio (which I overlooked at first) is a nice option, because I travel a lot.
If I could change one thing, I would give it a rear USB connection so I could thread the cable into the glove box and hide my MP3 player and thumb drives.
I actually have no complaints about this device, it is what it is and I would highly recommend it to someone who wanted an affordable unit with current technology.
(I gave it low score on Durability, because I've only had it a couple months.)

A stock look with good basic functions. Included ipod cable. I had to customize install watch for that with double din. great bang for buck!

Purchased receiver to replace OEM unit that started skipping when playing CDs. Easy to install, but unit protrudes out slightly on the center console. Sound quality is good. Would like to see separate buttons for the different modes (AM, FM, CD, MP3, iPod, etc.) rather than having to toggle through a menu. Found it more convenient to use functions on iPod than on the receiver.

This impressive unit plays MP3 discs, and has a good range of auxiliary inputs, which I appreciate. My wife can use her ipod on this unit, I can use my Zen, and we can also use flash drives. They all work great! The weather band radio is also a nice feature. It's a good solid stereo - the sound adjustments are basic, but it does put out nice sound. I had a fancy $200 Pioneer for about a year, but you seriously had to be a rocket scientist to operate the thing, it was not user friendly at all. This radio is.
