Fantastic bargin!
I purchased the MPK25 last Christmas for a teen and he had nothing but good things to say about the product and all of the features it offered for producing music and cool beats. Sonic offered the MPK25 at an unbelievable discount. I would definately recommend purchasing the Akai Pro MPK25. But more importantly, I would consider future purchases from Sonic because of product quality and the great no hassel customer service received so far.

Akai Mpk25
Bought the Akai a while ago and it's still working perfectly. Lots of good features, easy to use and is perfect for music production.
The only thing i dislike are the drum pads, you really got to hit them to make them work. I suggest putting the velocity at 100% and make sure you have the setting turned on where it does 100% velocity no matter how hard you hit it.
Other than that amazing product. I would recommend. =)
