Integrating an easy to operate playback receiver along with plenty of flexibility isn't easy to do. The JVC KD-R418 seems to have no problem easily integrating a simple interface, with a ton of user friendly features. A low price point doesn't prevent this radio from having a 24-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter. This allows the stereo to playback high quality files from an iPod or MP3 player. Connecting an iPod to the JVC KD-R418 is no problem! Just connect an iPod cable from the USB to your compatible iPod and you're set!

Along with the other sources, you'll also be able to playback audio from the 3.5mm auxiliary jack on the front of the stereo. With this port you can stream music from any device with a 3.5mm auxiliary jack seamlessly without loss of audio quality. A 2-line text display allows you to see plenty of song title and artist information without distracting you from driving. Price doesn't always mean everything, and the JVC-KD-R418 is the perfect example.

Best CD player for the money.

This Headunit is the best one I've had yet. It has all the features you need. Plenty of Equalization setting. The USB reads thumbdrive really fast. Sound quality is better than I expected. I have no complaints.

Great radio! Not many complaints I love having a remote and its easy to tune. Ipods DO NOT work with this radio and the display is RED only

Great Head Unit!

This Headunit is great I would recommend it !
You cant use a ipod with the usb connector.
I would recommend Pioneer over JVC anytime but this is great!

Great for average music listening

This receiver is great as an aftermarket replacement or an upgrade. Front USB is great because u get to charge phones or your iPod. The stereo also gives out a lot of clean power. My car has two tweeters, four 6.5, and a 6" sub connected to this receiver.
