Pretty Good
This is my second system, and the first one that I have purchased brand new. Back when I had my old car I had 2 Bazooka 8" subs running off of a Kenwood 1000W amp. I bought that system second hand and it bumped pretty well for what it was. When I sold my car last year, I let the system stay in because the truck I had bought couldn't fit the old setup. So after some browsing between local shops and online I stumbled across this deal. Was kind of disappointed with only a 400W amp (mines true rated at 486) but I figured for a single 12" woofer it would be fine. Boy was I wrong! This single sub hits amazingly hard for only having that small amp pushing it! I decided to only get a single sub over a pair for the space limitations within my truck (F-150). It took me around an hour and a half to install everything and, after some minor tuning to the amp settings, was thumping away. Do take notice that this package does NOT come with the speaker wire to hook from the sub to the box to the amp. Minor inconvenience at most imo. Loving it so far! Rating this a 4 star across the board for some minor issues I had with the filler inside the box, having to buy some speaker wire separate, and the lack of an included bass remote. Thanks Sonic!
