Super quality and great performance in a budget headshell!

I was trying NOT to spend the $25 for a "technics" labeled headshell and I don't like taking chances with used/vintage setups so I purchased one of these from American Audio. Fast shipping...great packaging...headshell fit/finish is really nice: I was worried that it would have that "cheap Chinese" low quality look but everything is well done!
I installed my Empire 400TC cartridge and the fit was perfect. I am currently using a Technics SL-D3 turntable, Marantz 2385 Receiver and Optimus-400 speakers. No hums, wiring issues or contact problems at all! I loved it so much I immediately purchased another one!

American Audio TT-Headshell

If you're looking for a low cost headshell this is it. The TT- Headshell is a dead ringer for one of the most pouplar headshells used on many s-shaped tonearm turntables in the 70s, 80s and 90s. I searched quite a bit and this is by far the best deal for this style of headshell. Metal construction with intergrated lift handle, you even get the cartridge wires included. I have personaly used this headshell on vintage turntables By Marantz, Sansui and Technics. One also worked great on a new USB Audio Technica turntable with a S shaped tonearm.
Bottom line, BUY IT! You wont be disapointed.
