Great speakers

I think someone else said these need power. They are kind of right on that, but even hooked up to my stock deck they are still worth it. They sound super clean and crisp on 9 watts. I can't wait to feed them some power! Definately worth it, stock system or not.

you get what u pay for

nice speakers for the money overall...but the included cables are basically useless , 2 of my tweeters quit in a month and had to use a active crossover to get some nice sound out of them. it was a challenge to hide the crossovers. im using a 4x50 mbquart amp and they handle the power nicely.

Mach 460 sound but.... different

I got these in today and wired them up. I use a Sony Xplode head, and they are only getting about 32w rms, so it isn't nearly what these speakers can handle. With that said, In my 1997 Mustang Gt they sound great! I just installed one set in the front, and am surely going to install them in the back ASAP. For the money, they are great, just make sure to feed them LOTS of power!!!

These things are really good for the price!

I bought these for my Crown Victoria to put in the front doors. The install went good but needed to drill holes to mount tweeters RIGHT. I run off a high end pioneer deck so it has different "HP filter" settings so when I want bass I turn it down to 50 for rap and when I want less bass I turn it up to 125 for techno. These things get down and dirty when I turn it up with the filter low bumping rap. Really nice set of speakers but they need power so buy a high end deck or get an amp because they are crap without the power!

they are ok

I installed them in a focus and they sound good. Its the best bang for your buck. Not very easy to find a good place for the filter. The included cables are nice and did a good job for me!
