Just what I was needing!

Exactly as advertised, meets all expectations. Makes my detector part of my car, I no longer more have to worry about the suction cups failing in the heat or the cold.

BlendMount BBE-2000

Nice product plus it is easy to install. It cleans up your winshield.

Aweseome right out of the box!

Worked exactly as advertised, simply unscrew the screws holding the c-clamp and screw onto the mirror shaft. They did their geometry correctly as the detector lay level.

Excelent Mount

This is definitely the best way to mount the Passport 9500i.

Expensive but works well.

I am happy with the blendmount as far as functionality and quality. Only negative is I feel it's a little expensive for what it is.

grwat product. not blocking up your windshield

I recommend this product to anyone who has a radar detector. It hides your radar under your rear view mirror. No more suction cups falling off tour windshield and leaving marks on your windshield. Only thing is you have to buy a longer power cord of you dont want any cords in your view. I bought the long cord which I wired into my fuse box. Which turns radar off and on when car is started. And the cord has a mute button

Well engineered but could still be better

I purchased a BBE-2000 for my '12 4Runner. The machining and anodization is good but with the following additions could make it better.

1. A knurled mating surface between the mirror stem and the radar cradle should be introduced as the smooth surface tends to loosen requiring tightening of the allen screw.

2. I use the BBE with a Valentine 1. A firm press of the on/off button is required to mute the V1. if you don't hold the radar as you push the mute button, the V1 will slide in the cradle towards the windshield necessitating repositioning of the radar. I padded the underside of the cradle with layers of velcro but the V1 will still slide. BB could fashion a stop bar to prevent this sliding for V1 users.

The only way to go.

I have always used the old suction cup mounts for radar but never again. This mount is well made and very high quality. I hard wired mine into the sunroof switch so virtually no wires are visible.

Buy it, you'll like it.

This is my second mount, had one in my Mitsubishi MR EVO. fits applications perfect well made and easy to install

Great mount albeit a bit pricey..

I picked this up from SE locally. I got home and spent a few min planning the install into a '12 MX-5. Install was fairly easy, however the adjustment can be a real pita, and I find adjusting the mirror changes everything so for someone who's anal ocd like myself it's a tad irritating at times. However, it is the best mirror mount you can find, it's relatively well designed, well made and compact, which is imo important considering where it's intended to go. I have a Redline mounted with a custom made wiring harness so everything's nice and tidy. Looks good, works good. Only caveats are the price and the adjustments required. Worth the time and investment tho as it will un-clutter your dash/windshield and also save your dashpad from marring with the cable..

Innovative Idea

The mount is very easy to install, radar get maximum spectral coverage from front and rear and the radar can be conveniently wired from the home link or roof top lamp hot wire.

Fit right in

Mounted it into my 98 crown vic and this thing is sweet. sturdy and no more worrying about the suction cups coming off the window will recommend

Received the product on time and as expected. The mount works perfect to secure my radar detector to the windshield mirror. The radar detector stays level and does not move when the car is moving.

I have had this blendmount installed for my Escort 9500ix for over 3 months now and I'm very happy with the product. It's also great because the radar detector is quite hidden being mounted just below my rear view mirror making it blend in better than when it's mounted on the windshield for prying eyes to see.

Looks OEM! Super stable! Love it!

This mount is very well made. The mouting hardware is also top notch. I used this to hardwire a 9500ix in my brand new civic si coupe. And oh man! It looks great and works wondefully! This is by far the best mount for these radar detectors! Get it! You wI'll be happy you did!

Perfect Mount

Easily mounts radar detector conveniently under rear view mirror. Mounts tightly but still adjustable. Prefer this much better than suction cup mount
