Works well

I bought this for my 2008 Nissan Frontier crew cab. Installation was srtaight forward and about 2 hours worth of work to run all the wiring. I would like to see this item come with it's own wiring though. Once it was running it took about 2 weeks for it to break in. From there it took awhile to tweak the adjustments to where I wanted them. Over all I'm very happy with the product, its small so you can put it just about anywhere (under the back seat or even behind the back passengers seat), it is loud, and price wasn't to bad. I would recommend it for pick-ups or anyone needing to save space.

3 in 1

Its an amp, box, and woofer all in one. Space saver. If you have room for a bass amp, you have room for this. Out does factory sub easily.

Great!! If used as intended

This sub will add the lows u want to ur car's OEM system. It is not designed to blow out windows or be heard 3 blocks away. It is however capable of producing enough low end to find those annoying vibrations in ur car (not the speakers fault). Tips: Mount them flat (preferably under the seat) and place a foam mat under them. Do not turn ur gain past 1:00 o'clock position (12 is better). Maybe the amp puts out 600rms but the cone and motor structure can't handle it, additionally, it will get very hot. Ditto with bass boost, not beyond 9:00 position. Set ur frequency controls and ENJOY!! If u want more, put 1 under the other seat, at SONIC's low prices it's easy to do.

Great product

The BASS1200 was an awesome buy it sounds great and fits almost any where. I Recommend this product to any one that needs to save space or just doesn't have that much space. I am trying to find another one that has more power and a bigger speaker for my other vehicle .

1200 watts????

This Sub/amp does deliver good bass. It filled out the sound range well. Good sound. I do have to question it’s 1200 watt claim. Having had other subs in the past…..400 watts, and 750 watts the Boss doesn’t offer the car rattling thunder of say , an MTX conventional 10”.
But for the money….great! I’d Buy it again

Oh yeah, it popped right under the passenger seat …..no mods.

JUNK!

Bought it, it blew the amp after using it for a day so I got another one. After a week it did the same thing, so I moved up to the infinity bass link, and I will tell you what; it is great. This Boss sub is sub-par and not worth the time. Also the so called 1200 watts feels more like 80.
