I would recommend Boss over the competitors. Quality sound system with speakers and all the accessories to set up the system. Quality system at a low price.

Great item

I wanted this item to install in my golf cart. It sounds great and was easy to install. Now I ride around with my favorite tunes. BOSS is a great name brand. I would tell anyone to buy a BOSS.

Low Cost and many features...

Great buy for a quality cd player with aux imputs and usb hub. Boss used to have a reputation for being lower quality but has really picked their game up in recent times. If you are looking for a low cost cd player that will outlive your vehicle then this is a solid choice.

Good stereo for the money.

I needed something inexpensive, but I wanted to be able to play my cd's, mp3 discs, and USB drives. In addition, it has a mini-stereo AUX plug, and an SD card slot (behind the face). Everything works perfectly. Good sound. At first, a CD got stuck, but turns out my CD was warped. I only wish I could skip from folder to folder when I use SD, or USB cards. (My other stereo has this feature) Instead I have to seek track by track. And, for some reason, every time I re-start the car, or remove face while power is running, it gets reset to factory settings. I have to re-program radio stations and adjust EQ. I fixed this problem by not listening to radio anymore. I just play mp3 discs or SD slot.

Great Value!!!!!

Very happy with this system. We like the blue LED lighting the stereo offers, it give the car a nice glow at night while driving. The sound is clear without turning the volume button up. The stereo picks up a lot of stations for our remote area. Sonic Electronix really came through with this system. (Price, Quality, Shipping, etc... ) We will and have recommended this unit and company. We are all around very happy with our purchase!!!!

Awesome Value

I would highly recommend this stereo. It came at a great price, included speakers and the wiring harness for my car. The only thing I wish it had is Blue tooth but I can't complain. Very easy to connect the wiring and easy to install. Customer Service is top notch and it shipped out the very next day I ordered it at no cost. Fantastic! I have had some problems figuring out how to display the clock and how to set it.

Boss Dash and Speakers

Bought this as a factory upgrade, because all 4 of the speakers were blown. Better than factory, sounds great actually. Pros: easy install (considering I got a free wiring harness adapter to connect to the factory harness from sonic), they do the job Cons: I'd like ear piercing volume and it's just not there, only goes up to 47 and doesn't sound that loud, speakers aren't that loud either, but like I said, better than the factory was.

I have owned 2 BOSS Marine cd/MP3 players in the past and loved the value and quality. Since I needed a replacement for a car I went with BOSS again and glad I did. It has all the bells and whistles as the higher priced models at a cheaper price. I love it with no regrets! I will be a returning customer.

It'll do what it claims

I think it's a good little package but you do get what you pay for. I really can't complain too much I bought this system for my girlfriend's 1999 GMC Jimmy. The first con I noticed about the system is the head unit does not keep settings in it's memory. You have to basically adjust the bass and treble everytime it the head unit sits for more than a day or two. And if anybody is wondering. It is connected correctly. It just resets after a day or two. It does have some decent features for a basic head unit. The pros are: it is piano black with very bright blue illumination and that's pretty much it. The cons are: There is only a bass and treble for equalization and of course it has fade and balance and that's it. And for some reason my head unit doesn't play fm or am radio. it is basically a cd player with an aux and a usb port. It's very very very basic. Definitely for those that are budget minded. You definitely get what you pay for.
