As Good as it Gets for this price
Very happy with the flexibility and the tonal quality of this effects unit. In manual mode, it is like have 8 separate stomp boxes that can be altered in any way at the turn of a knob - no more LCD screen with menu-driven sub menus and all of that - the owner's manual is only 20 pages!
It's that easy.
The only complaint (if you can call it that) is that the presets cannot be modified - so for instance if you want to use one, but are playing through you rig, you can't turn off the preamp modeling. The work around is that you can select the same preset in the user-defined presets and change it there, but now you are tying up 2 patches for the same effect. There are some nice presets available at their tone Central website available for download as well.
Overall, for 299.00 US, this device is unbeatable
