Have owned this product for the past 3 years and it has worked flawlessly until it was dropped and bent the mechanism inside so the unit wouldn't reject the magazine. It was too expensive to repair so I'm deciding to purchase a new DC625 unit and install it in place of the original. I've owned other Clarion products and they're tops in my book. RL Volin
