Overall, I'd give the Cobra XRS9330 a 2 star rating. I had used it for over a month, and I'd only suggest it if you are in desperation for a quick fix and don't have enough money for even a mid-range detector. Cobra is notorious for being a low-end detector company and this detector is no exception. The range is rather poor and the filtering is also poor. If you can spare the extra change, which I suggest, buy a Beltronics or Whistler radar detector and you will be far more pleased with your purchase. In my honest opinion, a lower-end Whistler beats any high-end Cobra any day of the week. Buy from Cobra at your own risk...

Know what your buying

The following review is for XRS 9340, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Many people believe that a radar detector detects police vehicles. This is false because the RADAR detector picks up RADAR!!! Radar is shot from police to determine the speed of a vehicle. One of these reviews said that you should have this when racing, having a radar detector will lessen the chance of getting a ticket but to be "UN-detectable" they simply turn off their radar. Just do research on your choice of detector. I have owned this particular model and it did decent. i have since upgraded but if you are skeptical about having a radar, this is a good one to buy to figure out what they are all about. Plus the price on this site is way lower than what i paid in stores.
