Kicker ZXM 700.5 amplifier

This amplifier is great. I have this amp paired with 4 6.5s and 2 10" subs. Its clear, loud, and the subs hit hard. I'd recommend adding the bass controller for more flexibility. I only wanted one amplifier so I decided to wire the two subs in parallel and they hit harder now then they did with the old junk amp that came with the boat. I was a little worried about the power for the subs, but they hit hard and the amp was certified at 975 watts. The sounds are more clean, clear, and more crisp than before. I'm using 4 Infinity 6.5s (very crisp/clear) and I'm now upgrading to 2 new 10" JLs (which should hit even harder). This amp is solid and should provide a good foundation to power your boat system. Installation was pretty simple. I gave durability a 4 because I'll need more time with the product. So far it's great.

Great amp, Great Price

I purchased this amp to replace my factory installed Sony amp and speakers. The factory Sony units worked well but were six years old. I installed this amp and complemented it 4 rockford fosgate 6 1/2 marine speakers and a 10 inch rockford marine sub all from sonic. This is an incredible system. Clean and clear to the limit. Clear sound at 35 knots, the envy of the marina. Sonic will meet or beat any price and you will have your equipment within a few days, even if you are on the other coast as i am.

This sub is awesome! Very compact, easy to fit in various places on my boat ( '02 Sanger V210 ) and the bass is amazing. Highly recommend.
Can't comment on durability since it is brand new, but the enclosure looks & feels very sturdy.

Very Good choice

I have 4 of these on my razor 900 powered by a Rockford Fosgate 300 PBR 4. They sound awesome and are very loud.

Good product and affordable

I bought this as an alternative to the Bose. Less than half the price and the sound is excellent. Additionally, it can be loud if you want it to and the sound quality is excellent at all volume levels
