I put one of these on my boat six years ago. I bought the new one because I like it so much, but I haven't had to take it out of the box. I just added speakers. Both the unit and the speakers are great.

I got this one because it was on sale, and wish I had spent the extra cash for a good radio. The buttons don't work unless you press them hard, the MODE button, I have to push with a screw driver because I can't push it hard enough with my finger to get it to work. The speakers arn't very loud and start to crack at half volume.
