Good product with straightforward installation
I bought this product to replace another Dual product that I believed was defective (unit was not defective, speaker wires had intermittent short). I use it primarily for XM radio through a plug in module. The unit installed easily and works well. It has some shortcomings. The previous unit had a mute button which was very useful when taking a call while driving or making a drive up window order. This unit does NOT have a mute button. The display is larger than the prior one but does not effectively display enough characters to indicate the XM media data available. I think the unit is a good piece of equipment for the price and do not regret my decision to purchase it. If I had it to do all over again, I probably would have scrapped the plug-in XM module I was trying to save and bought a more expensive unit.
