Drops Surprisingly Low for such a small enclosure!

I have recently installed the CS113TG-TW5 into the front luggage compartment of my Porsche 911 (997 model). It fits into the compartment exactly and the driver fires downwards. Amazingly there is still room above the enclosure to put luggage.
I am driving the Sub with a Genesis Profile Sub Amplifier and the rest of the system is Becker. I was happy with the original sound quality of the system, however required some additional bass where the Porsche system tails off. The bass travels through the car without problem and no porting into the interior is necessary! (Bass will travel through the bulkhead)
How does it sound? Well I have a pair of JL12W6v2 Subs in a custom common enclosure in another vehicle which sounds tonally accurate and drops very low. The tonality of the CS113TG-TW5 is very similar to the 12W6v2 which is near perfect. The surprising thing is how low the CS113TG-TW5 drops considering its small dimensions.
It will go more than loud enough to enjoy whilst driving, however it is not designed for SPL or as a Rice Boomer.
It will allow superb Sub Sonic performance in a very small Sports car or truck where previously nothing was available!
If you only have a small space available for a Sub in your vehicle then look no further the CS113TG-TW5 is for you!

It sounds pretty good not quit what i expected though for 600 dollars. I have a single cab Silverado. I have a kicker cvx with a 4ft box behind the seat which in my opinion pounds the crap out of this sub. I know your thinking why did you buy then well i wanted more leg room. I'm 6'4" and the guy at my local audio store said it pounded so i got it. I have a 1600 watt spl amp putting around 350 rms. if you want bass to your truck its not a bad choice but my two year old kicker is kicking its butt lol.

Great subwoofer! Been dreaming of it for a year hahaha! Good thing it came with a nice box. I ordered it on Monday and I got it on Thursday same week :). I paired it with Alpine PDX6. I'm keeping it low for a while cuz they say it should break in for a month, just to be safe :). Really happy with it!
