Great Value

Would recommend this CD changer as it is easy enough to install and with 12 disc capacity and plays MP3's you could call it the next best to ipod I suppose.

The instructions are ok but, you need to study them well to be sure you are installing it correctly!

Once installed the sound is VERY good!!

Very pleased with item and it was packed very well also!!

AAA++++++ SELLER, WELL RECOMMENDED!!

Perfect Item!

This was the perfect addition to my wife's car. Now on a trip, she does not have to search for radio stations but listens to her own choices. With 12 cd slots, we can take long trips and not hear any repeats.

JVC CHX-1500F

Pros -
Bought one 2 years ago worked great in the Van. It comes with 2 cartridges of 12 CD's each makes a really long time before you'll need to change your music selection. Burn some 128KBS MP3's & you'll find each CD will play about 12 hours. Now times that by just one 12 CD cartridge = WOW 144 hours of nonstop & no advertisement music! Hook it up directly into your JVC radio and you'll get clean crisp loud sound but using the RF connector you will loose some volume. But it still sounds fairly great.

CONS -
In the normal flat position in the Van this player will skip when hitting medium size bumps. BUT THERE'S GOOD NEWS if you mount it facing up I was able to almost eliminate the skips. Worked so well I bought a second player for my Motorcycle, and we know how bouncy a bike is, especially on disgusting Illinois roads. When the player is changing CD's it does take 15 seconds to just under a minute. The less tunes that are on the CD the faster it works. It depends how many sons have to be loaded in memory.

Overall it's a worthy unit. Unit #1 going on 3 years now & so far it's held up really good, no repairs. I mainly use it on long trips where searching for my type of music on radio stations between towns is getting tuff. You'll love the LOOOooong play.

JVC CH-X1500 MP3/CD changer

I have had this item in use for about 6 months without any issues. It has played every disk I've loaded so far.

When I purchased this item, many retailers had stopped stocking it. Not sure why. Maybe due to the digital audio push. However, It's a good item to add to ones setup.
