Mirror Link Does Not Work with Samsung Galaxy S4
The Mirror Link does not work with my Samsung Galaxy S4. I installed Drive Link as instructed, the app does work on my phone, but when I hook it up to the head unit through Mirror Link using the supplied cable the app on my phone just shuts off. It may link up for 2 seconds but the app on my phone just shuts off, or crashes. I called JVC and they said they were waiting for Samsung to fix the problem. So I called Samsung and they said there are no reports of this problem. I tried emailing JVC Tech support and I get no help and no direct answers and I never deal with the same person (that typical untrained cheaper support that are only capable of answer questions that are pre-written in there data base). If the Mirror Link and MHL worked I would give it a five star (sounds great and has extremely fast controls), but people are buying this unit for its Mirror Link, you can save like $200 getting something comparable without Mirror Link.
