I searched everywhere for an antenna that would fit a narrow fender 1980 Malibu. I found this and it had five different angled bases. With slight modification to the base it fit like factory. Looks good and works great.

Installation was very easy. The hardest part was tracing the wire back to the radio, but even that was not a miserable feat. The extra bushings that come with the radio antenna makes for a perfect fit on my Savana van. The reception definitely increased. I made a trip to the hunting cabin and noted where I lost a certain am channel. Which was 20 miles from the cabin. After installing the new antenna I had rock-solid reception on that am Channel.
