Works well, PAC Technical Support very helpful

I have installed this adapter in a 2001 Cadillac DTS that came with GM's factory navigation system. With this system, the radio is in the trunk under the back seat package shelf. Because of this, the in-dash connector is not the one that mates with the OS2-GM32. That connector is in the trunk with the radio module. Considering this, I contacted PAC to ask whether I should place the OS2 in the trunk and extend the audio wires or place the OS2 in the dash and extend the bus interface wires. They assured me that the bus interface wires could be extended, and they were right. The interface works like a champ, and has saved me at least a thousand dollars over alternate solutions.

Don't like product

This product works but u get engine noise out of the speakers. Of course there's always some tweaking u can do but if ur installing this ur self and it is made Barney style. My little kid could match the colors. But don't like the engine noise and had to get an installer to play with it and get rid of the engine noise.

Works Great

I bought this for my 2004 Cadillac Deville with the standard amplified radio. I replaced the stock radio with a Kenwood HD radio. The music is now twice as loud and clear as stock. It was also very easy to install.

Straight-forward for the amateur, once you have the right interface

The product did the job. It would help if the wiring were longer, to place it behind the radio cavity for my application; it was a little hard fitting the harness and product behind the replacement radio. The wiring was straight-forward even for an amateur.

Sonic was very helpful. The Web site does not always pick the right interface product, but they were helpful to diagnose and send a replacement model. They even discounted the replacement product to the same price as the original, incorrect item.

worth the money

great item, works well, the door chines is a lot louder and hi pitched compared to your oem one and can get a little on the annoying side other then that great item! fyi this item is a brick so you have to work around some things to get it all in there to fit just right!
