ok product
it works well but, the instructions that came with it are poor to say the least.I needed to change the steering wheel button function what a pane in the arse

Works like a champ!
Easy install. Pretty much plug n play with no programming involved unless you want certain buttons to function certain ways. All buttons work just like factory for my '12 VW CC. Pac adapters have always treated me right and this one is no exception. Sonic's CS was great as well.
