Great Speakers - Good Value

These speakers look great and sound just as good. Very good value, work awesome with the same style 6x9's.

Great value and quality for price

Bought for upgrade over stock 5 1/4 in speakers in Jeep Cherokee, very pleased. The 3-way design offers great treble that's clear, good mids, and decent bass improvement over the stock speakers. Might get an amp if your going to go nuts with the volume. For the price it's a great upgrade!

Small Speaker Small Sound, but High Qaulity

I bought these to replace some older Pioneers I had in my 03 Subaru Impreza WRX Sport Wagon. The RMS and peak power were higher, but the woofer is slightly smaller than the ones I replaced. These speakers sound fine, but I feel as if the three way is a waste. I don't hear a lot of highs coming out of them. There seems to be fairly good mid-range, but they sound 'empty.' I didn't need any bass for these in my system, but I didn't realize how much better the sound filled my car with the bigger woofer. These are the stock size, and now I am wishing I would have stuck with the larger size. Can't complain about the quality though. A tough looking design that looks like it will last.

Great for the money!

I bought these for the rear deck of my 90 Corolla GTS, just to find out that they were too big. So then I ordered some 4 in of the same model, to find out they were too small. Turns out the rear speakers in a 90 Corolla GTS are just a stupid off size hah. So I took these 5.25 Pioneer speakers, and build my own rear deck and put them in it. They're wired to my Pioneer DEH-X8500BS deck. They sound really good! Just remember, how a speaker sounds is largely dependent on what kind of enclosure you put it in. The same speaker in your car, may sound better or worse in somebody else's car. But I will say these sound great. They can go pretty loud without any noticeable distortion. Sounds clear with any kind of music. It's well worth the money. Looking at them in person, they look like really nice quality too.

And don't worry, if your factory size is 5.25, they will fit great.
