I own this dvd unit. I placed it in the trunk of my infiniti j30 and is very pleased with it. it looks great,sleek and is controlled by either the main head unit if compatible or remote, either way you"ll love it. the only problem is the price you can find one cheaper like my first dvd player but it's not worth it cause u will change it out, so go with a good brand like pioneer and you wont be disappointed. im going to buy another one for my mazda 929 and enjoy it even more than i do now. another 6 star product if the price go down just a little more :)

Great changer but....

I have this changer, and I love it, but there are a few things I don't like!! It can be used as a hide away/ stand alone unit, but there is no IR repeater!! If you have a double din opening this is great for you. You can put this in one din and a flip out in the other!! But if you have a double din after market radio, you will need a ir repeater if you want to hide it!! (if your unit is not compatible) Also, I don't like that it will not work with the AVIC-F Series unless in stand alone mode!! With no onscreen control!!
