this sub pounds very hard. put it in a small ported box and these are a steal. they will do more than 400. probably 500-550.

I actually ordered these subs as replacements for some junk pa subs. As soon as I put these in the cabinet it made the pa sound 1000 times better. If your looking for some subs that can really hit hard without hitting your wallet equally as hard then these are the subs for u! I luv em' would recommend to anyone. They look sweet too!

great buy for the money.
i got 6 of them in my dodge neon im hitin 146.3db with 2 kicker zx2500.1 amps i will buy more soon.

This sub is bang for your buck. I've got one of these subs in a 2.3 cubic ft. sealed box with only about 170 watts rms pushing it. I was surprised at the sound quality I got out of it and also the window shattering volume that came with it. This is a great sub.
