Great first DVD player

I did a lot of research before I bought this unit. It is good bang for the buck. A little lag but not too bad. Operates smoothly. Also the wiring harness and mounting kit that came with the unit work great. The unit puts out excellent power to the speakers.

Way better than I expected!!!

Great receiver, it has great sound and very clear sharp picture when viewing DVDs. I changed my stock speakers to two 6-3/4" Pioneer TSD-1702 in the front and two Rockford Fosgates 4x6" punch in the rear of my 97 silverado and let me tell you my sound is incredible! I thought about adding a sub but don't really need it, I get great bass and highs throughout my vehicle. I truly recommend this unit and I am a sound system enthusiast to say the least.

This stereo has all the latest features with room to expand such as GPS & a T.V. tuner to boot. An excellent choice for your budget as well.

Works fine, nice display

This unit is a decent buy for the price. Bluetooth, navi and basic radio work well with plenty of menu options such as navi voice selections. POI etc. The only let down is that it does not offer a rear iPod connection, the cable coming out the front is a hassle but it is usefull for friends to plug in but for permanent connection it is an eyesore. I even bought 90 degree plug ins but still is obtrusive. The flip screen adjust well for viewing angles... No real complaints on the operation.

I have had the unit for about a month now, everything works great. I like the features and for the money I am very happy with what I got.

My only two issues are (1) the features on the website say you can use a standard iPod cable to listen and control your iPod. This is incorrect. You must buy a special cable to do so. (2) When you first turn on the unit, it comes up at volume level #13. If you have an amp connected, this is a very high level at times. Other than that, I am happy with the unit and would suggest it to a friend.
I very much like the camera input; it auto opens when the truck is in reverse and switches to camera. Just make sure you turn the volume down before putting truck/car in reverse because you can't control it while reverse camera is on.

Awesome Radio

I must admit I was skeptical about the radio at first but decided to get it anyway. Am I glad I did this is one cool radio no problems so far and the sd card reader works awesome mp3s and avi video properly formated to a compatible resolution works flawlessly.Bluetooth works well with my Samsung Prevail and the sound quality is excellent.The remote is its only weak point but i never use it anyway. Overall great sound quality and great price....love it. Owned it about 2 months and no problems.
